Cutting-edge mobile email management technology and one-touch time entry workflows draw St. Louis-based AmLaw 350 law firm to ZERØ.
ZERØ, provider of the legal industry’s most innovative email management technology, announced that St. Louis-based AmLaw 350 law firm Lewis Rice has selected its mobile email client, which has been designed and engineered specifically for lawyers and law firms. The firm chose ZERØ for its ability to help lawyers save time and minimize revenue leakage by predictively moving emails individually or in bulk to corresponding Outlook folders; providing users with smart filters that let them to view emails in order of importance and sender; and passively capturing time spent interacting with emails on mobile devices.
“We were drawn to ZERØ’s abilities to streamline and automate some of the most time-consuming and onerous tasks faced by lawyers in an increasingly mobile world,” said Paul Obernuefemann, Chief Information Officer at Lewis Rice. “By enabling our lawyers to easily organize their inboxes and simplify the process of filing their emails into OpenText, ZERØ will help them to be more productive and more compliant.”
Lewis Rice was also attracted to ZERØ’s time capture feature, which automatically, passively, and contemporaneously captures the time that lawyers spend interacting with client-related emails from their mobile devices and provides a detailed draft narrative. “By capturing billable time that lawyers spend interacting with client emails on mobile devices and enabling them to easily upload draft time entries for edit and review, ZERØ will help our lawyers to generate more revenue that otherwise would have been lost,” stated Obernuefemann.
“Today’s law firms understand that lawyers are spending more and more time working from mobile devices, and they need to invest in technology that will enable them to be as productive as possible while on the go,” commented Ryan Steadman, Chief Revenue Officer at ZERØ. “By selecting ZERØ’s mobile software, Lewis Rice is demonstrating its commitment to enabling its lawyers to be more efficient and helping its lawyers capture more billable time. We look forward to a collaborative and long-term technology partnership.”
